We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and seasonality. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping rates and methods are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Some products are seasonal and availability will be clearly noted on the product page.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the natural and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-returnable items include wreaths, pinecones, and seasonal décor.
